School is just the Beginning

It is just now started. We have the hand-holding and spoon-feeding

We receive the diploma and get the illusion of completeness. As if that is the only way to celebrate a win.

What we really should be celebrating is how far we have come and how much further we have yet to go.

The journey as a student is perpetual. It never ends.

The formal sense of a shepherd disappears. We no longer have the structure like the boy in the novel by Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist had until he decided to take the leap of faith to chase his personal destiny.
